Finance Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

As a Finance Manager you will lead the financial operations of our hotel portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences through sound financial stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy across the hotel portfolio to optimise profitability and efficiency.
• Direct the preparation of annual plans, forecasts and budgets, providing insights for business decisions.
• Act as primary financial advisor to hotel management, area/general managers, owners and asset managers.
• Build cross‑functional partnerships with Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations and Shared Service Centres.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and hotel policies, maintaining strong internal controls.
• Oversee and improve financial reporting systems for accuracy, efficiency and transparency.
• Monitor and authorise hotel sales, purchases, salaries and expenses to uphold fiscal responsibility.
• Lead, develop and retain a high‑performing finance team through performance management and professional development.
