Finance & Treasury Division Head (H/F)

About the role

The Group Al Omrane is seeking a Finance & Treasury Division Head to lead all financial activities of its Fes‑Meknes operation. The role ensures financial balance, secures financing resources, and oversees cash‑flow management for this strategic public‑sector entity.

Key responsibilities

• Pilot all financial activity of the division.
• Guarantee financial equilibrium by securing and supervising financial means.
• Manage financing needs, including negotiation, disbursement and repayment of funds.
• Monitor cash‑flow and treasury flows.
• Maintain payment dossiers and ensure compliance with supplier payment terms.
• Execute banking operations, reconcile bank statements and handle pending items.
• Prepare cash‑flow forecasts, treasury plans and analyze variances against budgets.
• Negotiate banking conditions and propose financing scenarios.
• Optimize allocation of financial resources and contribute to the overall financing plan of the company.
• Track loan agreements, state contributions and related conventions.
• Prepare financial dashboards and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Ability to pilot the entire financial activity of a large organization.
• Capability to guarantee financial balance and supervise the management of financial means.
• Experience in managing financing needs, including negotiation, disbursement and repayment.
