Financial Business Controller – Finance & FP&A

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Financial Business Controller to support its ECS Norway business while being based in Casablanca. The role combines financial controlling with FP&A responsibilities, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic insight for the Nordic finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly internal reports to the parent company following internal standards.
• Analyze local profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Develop and monitor operational and strategic KPIs.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline financial processes.
• Produce ad‑hoc FP&A reports to support management decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Business Managers and conduct monthly/quarterly account reconciliations.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education in finance, accounting or economics.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a financial role within an international company.
• Full responsibility for P&L and balance‑sheet review.
• Proven ability to work with business managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Solid experience with MS Office tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Business Intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
