Financial Business Controller – Norway (based in Casablanca)

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Financial Business Controller to oversee the financial performance of its ECS Norway business unit. Although the position supports the Norway entity, the role is based in Casablanca and works closely with the Nordic finance team headquartered in Aarhus, as well as the EMEA shared services in Gdansk and India.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly internal reports to the parent company following internal standards.
• Analyze local profit and loss statements and support external auditor engagements.
• Develop and monitor operational and strategic KPIs.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline internal financial processes.
• Provide ad‑hoc FP&A reports to aid management decision‑making.
• Collaborate with business managers on financial matters.
• Execute monthly and quarterly account reconciliations.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education (e.g., finance, accounting, economics).
• 3‑5 years of experience in a financial role within an international company.
• Full responsibility for P&L and balance‑sheet review.
• Proven ability to work closely with business managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
