Financial Controller / Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Financial Controller / Senior Accountant to join our newly established office in Casablanca. The role will be central to managing the financial health of our Moroccan operations and ensuring seamless reporting within our international group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, forecasting and liquidity control.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and KPI dashboards for Group Management.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable and intercompany transactions.
• Handle invoicing, accounting and bookkeeping for international and cross‑border transactions.
• Administer tax, VAT compliance and payroll processing.
• Reconcile cost of sales with supplier and customer invoices.
• Produce quarterly and year‑end financial statements and management reports.
• Perform financial data analysis using Excel.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks and financial partners.
• Manage banking relationships, financing facilities, factoring and trade finance solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Financial Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field.
• Strong experience in international accounting and cross‑border transactions.
• Proven track record in cash‑flow and working‑capital management.
• Fluent in Arabic (Moroccan), French and English (professional proficiency).
• Structured, detail‑oriented with a high sense of responsibility.
• Team‑player with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
