FP&A Senior Manager

About the role

The FP&A Senior Manager will lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and business performance management for Kraft Heinz Indonesia. Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the Indonesia Leadership Team, this role provides insight into performance, risks and opportunities while shaping long‑term strategic plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the business planning and forecasting cycles, including the Kraft Heinz Business Management process and annual budgeting.
• Analyse results, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to achieve financial targets across key P&L drivers.
• Partner with the CFO and zone leadership to present financial outlooks, performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
• Drive strategic planning, financial modelling, FP&A reporting and prepare management summaries for senior leadership.
• Support cross‑functional teams by translating business developments into financial implications.
• Maintain visibility and discipline over cash performance and zero‑based budgeting (ZBB) overhead management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of finance/accounting experience, specifically in FP&A and finance business partnering.
• Strong analytical ability and broad business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and identify process efficiencies.
