About the role
CXG is a global customer experience agency servicing premium and luxury brands. It helps brands reach profitable growth by turning transactional moments into relationships and emotional experiences. With a network of 170+ customer experience experts across 70 countries, CXG evaluates the experiences brands deliver and develops programs that support a strong experience and business culture. We are looking for shoppers who are keen on sharing their opinion about their experience in an assigned luxury store. As a CXG Evaluator you will conduct discreet evaluations of your favorite luxury brands in markets such as cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches or cars and give us your feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores across categories such as cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, or cars.
- Provide detailed feedback on customer service, product presentation, and overall experience to CXG.
Required profile
- Arabic speaker.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Punctual and organized.
