General Manager – GCC Travel Market

About the role

Hayyak Tourism is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead its GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) market operations. Based in Casablanca, you will shape the overall business strategy, drive growth, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality travel experiences for GCC customers visiting Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s business strategy for the GCC market.
• Oversee sales, operations, marketing, finance, and partner relationship functions.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan tourism regulations and licensing requirements.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
• Uphold service standards that meet the expectations of GCC travelers.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
• At least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of inbound tourism to Morocco.
• Experience with GCC markets is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.

Required skills

• Fluent Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
• Deep knowledge of the GCC travel market.
