Gestionnaire Opérations – Duty Officer & Administrateur Système

About the role

Atlas Multiservices, a subsidiary of Royal Air Maroc, is seeking five Operations Managers to support critical operational functions such as duty officer duties, fleet recovery, crew logistics and system administration. The role is based in Casablanca and offers the chance to work within a multidisciplinary team serving the aviation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fleet recovery initiatives and act as the primary duty officer.
• Coordinate crew logistics and serve as a logistics relay.
• Administer operational IT systems, including DCS, WT and LF platforms.
• Ensure smooth operation of system infrastructure and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain service quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Moroccan nationality.
• Minimum Bac+3 degree in a technical, logistics, business, economics, commerce, industrial, IT, mathematics, or physics field.
• Age not exceeding 35 years as of 10/08/2026 (birthdate after 11/08/1990).
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent French language proficiency.
