About the role

As a Group, Conference and Events Coordinator you will drive revenue by converting group and event enquiries into bookings while delivering memorable hospitality experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming group and event enquiries, convert leads into bookings and meet sales targets.
• Identify upselling opportunities and apply high‑quality sales tactics to increase conversion rates.
• Manage the events calendar to optimise space utilisation and yield.
• Build strong client relationships, understand needs and generate repeat business.
• Arrange and conduct hotel site tours that showcase spaces and services.
• Ensure accurate administration and smooth handover of booked events for successful on‑property delivery.
• Participate in promotional activities to increase visibility of the GCE portfolio.
