Housekeeping Supervisor (H/F) – Taghazout Bay

About the role

The Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure guest rooms, public areas and pool spaces meet the brand’s quality standards. You will coordinate daily housekeeping activities, act as a liaison between departments, and support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and pool after cleaning to verify quality standards.
• Run sold‑room reports, verify room status, prioritize cleaning, and update departing‑room status.
• Assist housekeeping management with daily operations, scheduling and paperwork.
• Coordinate efforts with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to resolve room discrepancies.
• Prepare, distribute and communicate changes in room assignments across shifts.
• Support hiring, training, evaluating, counseling and motivating housekeeping staff.
• Follow all company, safety and security policies; report maintenance issues, hazards and incidents.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets and uphold guest service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant housekeeping experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
