HR Assistant – Employee Relations & Absence Management

About the role

The HR Assistant will support the HR Manager in daily employee relations, absence tracking, and compliance at Adient’s Kenitra plant.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily absences, including sick leave, workplace accidents, vacation, and unauthorized absences.
• Conduct back‑to‑work interviews after employee absences.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal procedures.
• Handle employee complaints related to transportation and cafeteria services during shift changes.
• Participate in the prevention and resolution of workplace conflicts.
• Collect and verify supporting documents for employee absences.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement.
• Identify and analyze reasons for employee departures.

Required profile

• Technical degree in human resources, management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to act with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
