HR Coordinator – Strategic Support & Compliance

About the role

The HR Coordinator will act as a strategic partner for the organization, overseeing key support functions and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role contributes to a collaborative, inclusive environment while driving performance and well‑being initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee support functions (transportation, cafeteria, discipline) at a strategic level with day‑to‑day management.
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance of HR processes and enforce internal regulations.
• Monitor key HR indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, and workplace accidents; create and maintain HR dashboards.
• Handle disciplinary cases, ensuring legal and internal procedure compliance and validating sanctions.
• Coordinate health‑insurance files, track reimbursements, and manage complex cases.
• Participate in defining HR policies together with management.
• Align HR practices with performance and workplace‑well‑being objectives.
• Organize schedules with production managers and propose adjustments to internal regulations.
• Develop internal communication tools (e.g., company newsletter) and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in HR.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• High level of attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping and regulatory compliance.
• Good English communication skills.
