HR Specialist – Global Recruitment Center (Morocco)

About the role

The HR Specialist provides operational HR support to employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle. Acting as the primary local HR contact, the role ensures effective delivery of HR processes, employee services and compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on day‑to‑day HR matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions, transfers, promotions, organizational changes and off‑boarding.
• Maintain accurate employee files, HR records and documentation in line with local legislation.
• Coordinate payroll input, employee data changes and support payroll‑related inquiries.
• Assist managers with routine employee‑relations issues and escalate high‑risk cases.
• Maintain employee information in HRIS, support data‑quality initiatives and generate regular HR reports.
• Ensure HR processes comply with local labor law and company policies, supporting audits and compliance reviews.
• Participate in local and global HR projects, process‑improvement initiatives and the implementation of new HR tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple HR disciplines in a multinational, matrix environment.
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation, HRIS systems and payroll administration.
• Proven HR reporting and data‑analysis capabilities with solid administrative and process‑management skills.
