HR Trainer

About the role

Join TE’s HR Solutions Partners team as an HR Trainer, supporting a diverse workforce across multiple plants. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that align with business strategy, promote compliance, and enhance employee performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership and functional managers to conduct training needs analysis and identify competency gaps.
• Support the development of the annual training plan, aligning it with corporate objectives.
• Create and customize training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, and SOP‑based modules, ensuring they meet TE policies and quality standards.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, soft‑skill, and HR policy training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Maintain accurate training records, track completion rates, and generate compliance dashboards and reports.
• Measure training effectiveness through surveys and performance indicators, proposing continuous improvements.
• Assist with audits related to training documentation and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and training KPIs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and compliance.
