About the role
Eastvantage is looking for a bilingual Inbound Customer Support Agent to join its international team in Tangier, Morocco. You will handle incoming calls and emails in Dutch and French, ensuring customers and internal colleagues receive prompt, effective assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Answer internal phone calls and emails in Dutch and French.
- Proactively identify and implement solutions for customers and colleagues.
- Optimize technicians' daily schedules in real time.
- Resolve unexpected planning issues quickly to maintain smooth service delivery.
- Support operational flow and coordinate efficiently between teams.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch and French.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, motivated and eager to learn.
