Inside Sales Associate – French Speaking

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for a French‑speaking Inside Sales Associate to join its Casablanca team. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, promoting the company’s technology solutions and helping them find the right products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain sales records, update CRM data and generate regular sales reports.
• Become familiar with Arrow’s product portfolio and service offerings.
• Provide customers with detailed information on products and services.
• Assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate solutions, answer questions and handle objections.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1) and English (minimum B2).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings.
