About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of Arrow Electronics Group, provides IT professionals with global technology solutions across servers, storage, networking, software and cloud. The Inside Sales Associate (UK) will support pricing and order processes for our international customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and enter detailed price offers into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Verify and correct orders to maintain streamlined processes and efficient operations.
• Communicate effectively with product managers and customers, providing prompt assistance.
• Participate in IT training programs to continuously develop professional knowledge.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (B2/C1) for communication with international clients and partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for handling offers and orders.
• Proactive learner eager to acquire new skills and adapt to industry trends.
