About the role
We are looking for an Italian‑speaking Booking Agent to join our call‑center team in Tanger. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing reservations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and manage customer calls in Italian.
- Process, confirm and modify bookings.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
- Perform follow‑up on pending cases and documentation.
- Maintain an excellent customer experience throughout each interaction.
Required profile
- Previous experience in booking, reservations, customer service or call‑center environments.
- Fluent spoken and written Italian.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
