About the role

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels during the 15:30‑00:00 shift.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company’s CRM system.
• Use AI tools such as Gemini or Claude to streamline routine tasks and improve productivity.

Required profile

• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with standard software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a customer‑service environment.
• Prior experience in customer support is advantageous.
