Junior Customer Success Agent (Dutch)

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via voice and email.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and clear solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products and services.
• Support sales opportunities while keeping customer satisfaction at the center.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch.
• English is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Motivation to learn and develop your customer and sales skills.
