Junior Customer Support Specialist – Italian Speaking

About the role

Join Paysera’s fast‑growing team as a Junior Customer Support Specialist focused on Italian‑speaking clients. You will act as the first point of contact for e‑commerce and financial service users, helping them resolve issues and enhancing overall satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company’s CRM system.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to streamline daily tasks and improve response times.
• Work rotational 8‑hour shifts between 7 AM and 8 PM, including one weekend per month.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Italian.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with standard office software.
• Enthusiasm for learning, especially in AI‑enhanced workflows.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus.

Required skills

• ChatGPT (or similar AI conversational tool).
• CRM software usage.
