Junior Market Intelligence Executive

About the role

Marcus Evans is launching a new office in Rabat to support its US‑based business events portfolio. As a Junior Market Intelligence Executive you will help build high‑quality prospect pipelines and drive attendance for invitation‑only summits targeting C‑level executives of Fortune 1000 companies.

Key responsibilities

• Research target companies and senior decision‑makers to understand their priorities and challenges.
• Identify personalization angles that link each prospect to the summit topic.
• Craft and send personalized outreach emails to generate interest.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using research tools, CRM systems and professional platforms.
• Identify interested prospects and schedule meetings with the Sales Head for conversion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach effectiveness and campaign performance.
• Generate qualified leads and support delegate acquisition for each event.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• High attention to detail and strong research capability.
• Commercial mindset with a target‑driven, results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior professionals.
• Interest in business development, market intelligence and B2B environments.
• 1–2 years experience in lead generation, research, outreach or sales (preferred).
• International exposure through work or education (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
