Junior Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our real‑estate brokerage in Morocco. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will support the buying, selling, renting and management of residential and commercial properties, working closely with clients throughout the transaction process. You will collaborate with senior agents to ensure smooth transactions from initial planning to final handover, contributing to the growth of our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients during property inspections and viewings.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads, preparing proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate deals and coordinate the closing process.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of real‑estate sales processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with a solid sales acumen.
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CRM software for client management.
