Junior Sales Specialist – Account Growth

About the role
Fresha is looking for a Junior Sales Specialist to drive account growth in Morocco. You will work from the Casablanca office, building strong relationships with partners and helping them maximise the value of the Fresha platform.
Key responsibilities
- Meet KPIs for monetisation, retention and revenue growth by proactively engaging partners.
- Analyse performance reports and execute upsell plans to increase monetised revenue.
- Conduct online video meetings to ensure a high‑quality partner experience.
- Maintain a consistent contact strategy across your portfolio to keep partners engaged and reduce churn.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proven experience managing and driving commercial growth in large account bases, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced setting.
