About the role
We are seeking an experienced Laundry Supervisor to join the pre‑opening team of a new Four Seasons hotel in Rabat. You will lead a small team responsible for drying, folding and pressing all hotel linens, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily laundry operations, including dryers, ironer and folding stations.
- Ensure all towels, spa, pool and food & beverage linens are processed to Four Seasons quality standards.
- Maintain equipment, report any issues and coordinate with maintenance.
- Train and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate linen distribution to various hotel departments.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and customer‑service orientation.
- 1‑2 years of experience in Housekeeping or a related Rooms department.
- Good business acumen, work ethic and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and mentor staff toward supervisory or management roles.
