Legal Advisor – Travel & Hospitality

About the role

OceanAir is seeking a full‑time Legal Advisor to join its Marrakesh office. You will provide legal guidance across operational, commercial and regulatory matters that affect the company’s regional and international travel and hospitality activities.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, policies and other legal documents.
• Advise internal teams on compliance with local and international laws.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks related to labor, customer relations, supplier agreements and partnerships.
• Monitor legal developments and coordinate with external counsel when required.
• Support internal training initiatives and update company policies to reflect current legal standards.

Required profile

• Law degree with eligibility to practice or advise in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience handling diverse legal issues, preferably in hospitality, travel or tourism.
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment law and experience working with regulatory authorities.
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
• High integrity, discretion and strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and/or French are a strong advantage.
