Legal Counsel / Corporate Lawyer

About the role

The Legal Counsel will support CRIT’s daily operations in Kénitra, ensuring compliance with Moroccan law and protecting the company’s legal interests. The role involves advising management, handling contracts, customs matters, disputes and corporate administration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to management and various departments on business activities and interpret Moroccan legislation.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial contracts, monitor obligations and maintain a contract database.
• Support customs and international trade issues, liaise with customs authorities and ensure compliance across logistics, procurement and finance.
• Manage commercial disputes and litigation, prepare legal files, coordinate with external counsel and keep management informed.
• Handle corporate and administrative matters such as company registration, amendments, authorizations and correspondence with government bodies.

Required profile

• Law degree with a focus on corporate or commercial law.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan commercial, customs and corporate legislation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
