Legal Supervisor – Contract & Labor Compliance

About the role

Speedaf is seeking a detail‑oriented Legal Supervisor to oversee contract management, labor compliance and legal risk prevention for its Morocco operations. The role requires solid knowledge of Moroccan labor and commercial law and the ability to support business units independently.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise and archive logistics service agreements, procurement contracts, lease and cooperation agreements while maintaining a contract register.
• Develop and maintain a standard contract template library to drive consistency across the organization.
• Prepare employment contracts, termination agreements and warning letters; provide labor‑law advice to HR and ensure compliance.
• Handle labor disputes, arbitration and litigation, coordinating with external counsel as needed.
• Identify legal risks, monitor regulatory updates, propose mitigation plans and deliver compliance training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; a lawyer’s license or legal qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience, preferably in logistics, trade or multinational environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and French; business‑level English is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, with strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
