About the role

The company Livremoi.ma, an online bookstore based in Casablanca, is looking for a reliable Delivery Driver and Order Preparer. The role combines preparing customer orders and delivering them within the city and surrounding areas, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Verify, pack and label customer orders accurately.
  • Deliver orders on time to customers in Casablanca and nearby neighborhoods.
  • Check parcel conformity before shipment (product, quantity, recipient).
  • Collect cash‑on‑delivery payments when required and hand them over to the office.
  • Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers.
  • Report any incidents such as returns, damaged parcels or incorrect addresses.
  • Assist with organization and tidying of the warehouse/stock area.

Required profile

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Good knowledge of Casablanca districts.
  • Punctual, organized and able to work independently.
  • Polished appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Residence in Casablanca or nearby areas.
  • Previous experience in delivery or order preparation is a plus.
