Local Safety Officer Coordinator

About the role

ProductLife Group is seeking a Local Safety Officer Coordinator to join its Safety & Vigilance team. In this position you will set up, coordinate and oversee local pharmacovigilance activities across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with regulations, client expectations and internal quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee local pharmacovigilance activities for assigned safety projects.
• Ensure compliance with local and global PV regulations and timelines.
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients.
• Manage project tracking, reporting and activity planning.
• Prepare, review and maintain Pharmacovigilance Agreements, Safety Data Exchange Agreements and Technical Agreements.
• Monitor project quality, compliance, risks and KPIs.
• Support onboarding, training and resource transitions within projects.
• Participate in audits, inspections, CAPA and non‑conformance management activities.
• Coordinate activities with local partners and consultants when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• 1‑5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance.
• Good understanding of local PV regulations and regulatory procedures.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
