About the role

The Rayon Manager for APLS (Other Self‑Service Products) is responsible for shaping the product assortment strategy, driving category growth, and supporting store teams to ensure optimal commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and regularly revise the assortment structure for the assigned product category.
• Develop the product category by identifying growth opportunities and new product lines.
• Train and coach store teams on category concepts and merchandising standards.
• Create and implement action plans for each product category, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.
• Manage projects related to category development in accordance with the defined commercial strategy.
• Monitor performance indicators, produce reports, and adjust strategies to improve profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3) in Commerce, Distribution, or Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail category management or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop commercial plans and product offers.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, product potential, and positioning.
• Capability to propose assortment modifications to enhance profitability.
• Experience in reporting and performance tracking.
• Autonomy, responsiveness, service orientation, and strong relational skills.
