Medical Representative – Cardiology (Agadir)

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Representative specialized in cardiology to promote Hikma’s cardiovascular portfolio in the Agadir region. The role involves building relationships with physicians, ensuring product availability, and driving prescription growth while adhering to ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance brand image for cardiology products.
• Visit targeted physicians and present product benefits using a patient‑centric approach.
• Communicate scientific and technical information effectively.
• Implement medical visit strategy covering frequency, coverage and product cycles.
• Utilize promotional tools and multi‑channel communication to personalize messages.
• Ensure product availability in nearby pharmacies and support sell‑out with sales teams.
• Analyze territory performance, monitor competition and execute action plans.
• Maintain planning, CRM tracking and activity reporting.
• Comply with ethical standards and report any adverse events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific field.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong sales mindset, autonomy and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems.
