About the role

NTU International is seeking a Moderator and Facilitator for public engagement to support a new EU‑funded project in Morocco. The role involves leading workshops, moderating debates, and fostering citizen participation to enhance the visibility and understanding of the EU‑Morocco partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate interactive workshops and public forums.
• Moderate debates and discussions, ensuring inclusive participation.
• Engage diverse audiences to promote EU strategic communication and cultural diplomacy.
• Collaborate with project partners to develop engagement strategies.
• Document outcomes and provide feedback to improve future activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum BAC+3) in communication, sociology, social psychology, political science or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in workshop facilitation, debate moderation, or public engagement (6 years if the degree requirement is not met).
• Minimum 1 year of specific experience in group moderation for similar projects.
• Fluency in French and Moroccan Arabic (Darija); knowledge of Modern Standard Arabic and English is an asset.
