MR Clinical Expert – North West Africa

About the role

As an MR Clinical Expert you will be the trusted authority for GE HealthCare’s magnetic resonance (MR) portfolio across North West Africa. You will design, lead and deliver high‑impact education programs that enable technologists and radiologists to operate MR equipment confidently and efficiently, supporting the full product lifecycle from pre‑sale engagement to post‑installation support.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, project management and service teams to coordinate customer training and account management.
• Develop and deliver clinical and software training that translates theoretical knowledge into optimal MR performance.
• Conduct pre‑sale product evaluations and educational sessions for prospective customers.
• Drive revenue through on‑site or remote clinical education delivery.
• Produce complete documentation for all training activities, from pre‑ to post‑training phases.
• Provide ongoing post‑installation training and support throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain proactive customer relationships and communicate feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience scanning patients with MRI equipment.
• Comfortable working in a clinical or patient‑focused environment.
• Ability to learn and teach specialized industry software and digital education solutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
