Outsourcing Pilot – R&D Cost & Supplier Management

About the role

The Outsourcing Pilot will join Stellantis' Finance organization and support the coordination and monitoring of outsourcing activities across the R&D perimeter. Reporting to the Outsourcing Manager, the role ensures cost optimisation, supplier performance, and KPI tracking align with business objectives and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support deployment and monitoring of the outsourcing roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and workforce plans.
• Drive cost‑optimization initiatives, analyse costs, resource allocation and performance indicators, and implement corrective actions.
• Track monthly outsourcing KPIs, prepare performance reports and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance, contractual commitments and manage relationships with key outsourcing partners.
• Ensure compliance with outsourcing policies, act as interface between Engineering, Finance, Procurement, HR and suppliers, and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management or a related field.
• More than 7 years of professional experience in outsourcing management, procurement, project management, cost control, supplier management or business performance management.
• Strong experience in KPI monitoring, cost analysis, reporting and performance improvement.
• Background in Engineering, R&D, Industrial, Automotive, Aerospace or Technology environments.
