Planning Manager – High‑Speed Rail Project

About the role

SYSTRA is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead the scheduling activities for the high‑speed rail line between Kenitra and Marrakech and the capacity upgrade of the conventional line. You will be responsible for establishing a robust programme baseline and ensuring seamless coordination across all disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project programme baseline to support successful delivery.
• Review client‑provided programmes for each discipline, offering input to align performance goals.
• Oversee and validate the interface programme, identifying and resolving coordination challenges.
• Assess production schedules from construction joint ventures, ensuring consistency and integration across the project.

Required profile

• Civil engineering diploma.
• Fluent in French.
• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure projects, particularly railways and roads.
