Product Specialist – Pharmaceutical (Marrakech)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Specialist to join Hikma Pharmaceuticals’ team in Marrakech. The role focuses on promoting our portfolio of generic, specialty and branded medicines to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships and driving product adoption across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
• Prospect new healthcare professionals and maintain regular contact with existing specialist doctors.
• Deliver product training, share scientific information and provide marketing materials at conferences and congresses.
• Coordinate public‑relations activities and act as the primary point of contact for product‑related inquiries.
• Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence and report insights to the commercial team.

Required profile

• University degree in Science, Business or a related field.
• Minimum five years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• High integrity, transparency and a strong customer‑oriented mindset.
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous and self‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain a network of specialist doctors.
• Proficiency in using sales tools, training materials and digital communication channels.
