Professional Client Relationship Manager – Business Banking

About the role

The Professional Client Relationship Manager will be based in the Tanger branch network and will be responsible for developing and retaining a portfolio of professional clients, including liberal professions and small enterprises. The role focuses on acquiring new business, deepening existing relationships, and supporting clients with their banking and credit needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new professional and SME clients within the agency’s coverage area.
• Plan and execute regular visits to key regional prescribers and prospects.
• Conduct daily structured prospecting activities, targeting at least one new contact per day.
• Develop and manage professional banking agreements, ensuring alignment with agency objectives.
• Promote the private banking segment to achieve a “dual personal‑professional” relationship with clients.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare and renew credit dossiers for professional clients.
• Collaborate with central animation teams to leverage additional contact opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree (BAC+5) in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional banking, client relationship management, or business development.
• Strong understanding of SME and liberal profession banking needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with multiple agency teams.
