About the role

MSS Connect is looking for Italian‑speaking commercial professionals to join its call‑center team in Casablanca. The positions involve prospecting Italian companies, qualifying leads, setting appointments and promoting marketing and sales solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients in Italy by phone or email to present services.
• Qualify interest, gather requirements and generate commercial opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for senior consultants.
• Present B2B marketing and sales solutions to Italian businesses.
• Support the sales pipeline through lead generation and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Fluent Italian (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or sales environment (preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Result‑oriented, punctual and team‑spirit.
• Immediate availability.
