Project Manager – HR & Payroll Transformation

About the role

The Project Manager will lead a strategic HR and Payroll transformation, guiding the migration to a unified cloud‑based payroll platform. You will act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring the project stays on schedule, within scope, and delivers the expected business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall project plan, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate all project stakeholders, including internal teams and the payroll software vendor.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and ensure they are documented and reflected in the solution design.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and produce regular status reports.
• Monitor progress against milestones, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Support testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live hypercare activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably with software implementations.
• Proven ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders in both French and English.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
