Project Manager – IT Transitions

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT transition initiatives within its Information Technology and Global Security team. You will work with a global network of experts to design, implement, and oversee technology infrastructure and security solutions for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for the successful delivery of client IT transitions.
• Manage projects through the full lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, closure, and handover to operations.
• Apply agreed‑upon project management methodologies and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Establish and maintain effective governance, tracking, monitoring, reporting, and communication processes to keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering IT‑focused projects.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.
