Project Quality Manager – Propulsion Program

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco is seeking a Project Quality Manager to lead quality activities for a new propulsion family program. You will ensure that global quality requirements are met throughout development, industrialisation and serial production.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the application of quality methodologies and drive continuous improvement.
• Define the quality pathway, manage action plans and provide forecasts.
• Consolidate milestone quality processes, issues, risks and traceability from preliminary phase to SOP.
• Establish and maintain the quality organisation, acting as liaison for core quality teams and all stakeholders.
• Evaluate design outcomes, produce secondary‑launch quality assessments and ensure no quality impact during product or process changes after mass production.
• Report progress and KPIs to the Chief Engineer and maintain a quality project KPI book.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of automotive industry experience in a quality‑related role.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies.
• Experience using PLM systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and KPI tracking.
