Q-Commerce Account Management Intern (Retail)

About the role

Glovo, part of Delivery Hero, is seeking a Retail Account Manager Intern to join its dynamic team in Casablanca. The role offers a challenging experience in a fast‑growing startup, focusing on partner relationship management and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing strategic partner relationships from start to finish, including P&L tracking, deep product integrations, co‑marketing efforts, and ensuring operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare business reviews, presentation materials, and other related tasks.
• Support Account Managers in analyzing partner performance metrics and ensuring consistent month‑over‑month growth.
• Track and report performance metrics to maintain a strong relationship between Glovo and its partners.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for partner presentations and operational improvements.

Required profile

• Availability for a 6‑month full‑time internship.
• Strong business acumen and developed communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or sales.
• Data‑driven, organized, proactive with an analytical mindset.
• Empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
• Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic.
