QHSE Manager – Quality, Health, Safety & Environment

About the role

The QHSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining integrated quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems. This role ensures regulatory compliance, minimizes workplace incidents, and drives continuous improvement across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local legislation, OSHA, ISO standards, and other regulations.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, safety drills, and risk assessments.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near‑misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Design and deliver HSE training programs and promote a strong safety culture.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans, lead during crises, and coordinate with authorities.
• Oversee security protocols, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and company requirements.
• Monitor quality performance, manage non‑conformities, and support certification processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, industrial hygiene, quality management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or ISO 45001 auditor.
• Proven experience in HSE and quality management within an industrial or production environment.
