Quality Product Associate

About the role

As a Quality Product Associate you will help ensure that pharmaceutical products meet the highest safety and efficacy standards. Working within a science‑driven, risk‑based environment, you will support manufacturing and packaging teams while contributing to continuous improvement of quality systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and address deviations from manufacturing and packaging standards.
• Approve investigations and oversee change‑control activities in line with configuration‑management policies.
• Support regulatory and customer inspections and maintain inspection readiness.
• Assist manufacturing staff in real‑time compliance error detection and resolution.
• Lead or participate in Quality Risk Management assessments.
• Prepare and communicate monthly quality performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years (or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or a related field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance and quality systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
