About the role
Cross Border Talents is seeking a motivated Recruiter Specialist to focus on the Moroccan market. This remote position involves building strong candidate pipelines, conducting phone interviews, and supporting high‑volume hiring needs for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future openings.
- Actively source potential candidates and present them to clients.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries.
- Collaborate on high‑volume recruitment projects.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, passion for recruitment, and a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
