Reservation Manager – Drive Revenue & Guest Experience

About the role

As a Reservation Manager at Hilton, you will lead the strategic management of room inventory and pricing to maximize revenue while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and profitability across all revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic management of group and transient inventory, including rate controls, blackout dates, and sell‑out strategies.
• Analyze key metrics, historical data, and market trends to refine pricing and revenue management processes.
• Oversee demand forecasting, competitive benchmarking, and monitoring of local events to identify revenue opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office to align strategies and drive profitability.
• Manage daily revenue functions, facilitate meetings, and ensure execution of revenue initiatives.
• Develop and retain a high‑performing team through performance management and professional development.
