RFR Customer & Operations Specialist

About the role

The RFR Customer & Operations Specialist will implement the road freight strategy in Morocco, ensuring on‑time delivery of road freight services. You will be responsible for procuring competitive carrier rates, handling customer RFQs and managing end‑to‑end operations for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain country road freight tariffs with carriers, keeping rates valid and up‑to‑date.
• Review and update pricing policies based on market trends and business requirements.
• Develop optimal pricing solutions to maximise road freight profitability.
• Enter and validate local and cross‑border rates in the rate management system for auto‑costing and quotations.
• Manage supplier contracts, conduct regular carrier review meetings and ensure strong carrier engagement.
• Analyse accepted and rejected quotations, negotiate more competitive rates with network partners.
• Provide spot rates and pricing support to Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Execute operational shipments from booking to billing, maintaining ownership of profitability and cost.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in road freight pricing, commercial and operations.
• Deep knowledge of domestic and cross‑border road freight forwarding.
• Strong analytical, structuring and project‑management skills.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
