Road Operation Specialist

About the role

The Road Operation Specialist ensures on‑time delivery of vehicles from plants to customers while maintaining product quality and optimizing transport resources. This role coordinates end‑to‑end logistics operations for vehicle flows, supports problem solving, and drives continuous improvement across the transport network.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, monitor and coordinate execution of end‑to‑end logistics operations from plants to dealers and fleet customers.
• Inform and challenge partners on deviations from the transport plan, providing proactive solutions.
• Arbitrate between competing priorities to maximise overall performance and respect lead‑time commitments.
• Monitor and report transport execution performance against contractual KPIs and drive continuous‑improvement actions.
• Manage vehicle traceability, damage monitoring and special transport operations, including launch plans and PDI services.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in vehicle logistics or transport operations.
